Exhibitor Note

Automotive industry expos offer critical networking, product showcases, and training, making booth space a powerful way to build visibility and strong customer connections.

Booth Setup

You may supply your own table, chairs, backdrops, and display materials, or rent them if needed. All booths must be completely finished, including the back side.

Utility Services

If your booth uses electricity, Wi-Fi, a phone line, or water, those services must be rented directly from the Convention Center. The Convention Center will provide the service link during show registration and move-in. You must indicate utility needs on your entry form so your booth can be placed in a space with access to the services you require.
